PROJECT MANAGEMENT
PROJECT 1 : DEFINING AND DOCUMENTING A PROJECT
In a group of six, we are required to design a pavilion that will house architectural and design models for display to the university community and the public. Not only that, we are also required to managed simple projects in a way that emphasizes COST, QUALITY, or TIME with a measureable success criteria. The group will be conducting a mock client-consultant meeting. Besides that, each members will be required to conduct a meeting on a rotation basis. My group for this project consist of Kimberley Ee, Lim Chin Yi (Cindy), Wei Ling, Farah Akmal, Patricia Kong and Afiqah Zahra.

REFLECTION
From this project, I’ve learned to understand the applicable of management techniques in the control and direction of project resources. I learnt on how to define project characteristic, objectives, organizations and understand the use of 'Success Criteria in evaluating a project. Not only that, I also learnt a lot in the mock up CCM meeting as well as understanding the basic stage and roles of different consultants in the construction industry. I'm also able to improve my communication skills among my group members through the meetings.
PROJECT 2 : DOCUMENTATION OF A MEDIUM-SIZED PROJECT
In this individual project, we are required to document our own Design Studio Project from the point of view of a Project Manager.

REFLECTION
From this project, I'm able to define project characteristic, objectives and success criteria. Thus, apply the project management tools and techniques to control and communicate to achieve the goal. Besides, I get to summarize strategies for the execution of the development process in response to the client's objectives.
